How to Backup Outlook Express Blocked Senders List
If you are getting unnecessary from any email address in Outlook Express, you can block it and after blocking the sender you will not get any message from him. When any blocked sender sends you email it doesn’t get saved in inbox but it directly goes to deleted items folder. To block any sender in Outlook Express, you will need to follow these steps:

In your Inbox folder or in the list of messages in a newsgroup, click the message from the sender that you want to block.

On the Message menu, click Block Sender.

In the Open box, type regedit, and then click OK.

Locate and click the following registry subkeys (save each key to a different file):

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Identities\{Identity Number}\Software\Microsoft\Outlook Express\5.0\Block Senders

On the Registry menu, click Export Registry repair Outlook Express File.

In the Save In box, change the location to your desktop.

In the File Name box, type blocked senders.reg (for the Block Senders key), and then click Save.
